About the Role:
Were seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative
to join our growing team. In this role, youll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and helping expand our footprint across the SMB and mid-market space. As a key contributor to our sales engine, youll work closely with marketing, technical teams, and leadership to support a healthy sales pipeline and drive monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads

Set discovery meetings and support the sales team in advancing deals through the funnel

Qualify inbound leads and perform initial needs assessments

Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Collaborate with sales engineers to scope managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, and project-based solutions

Track and meet weekly/monthly KPIs, including call volumes, meetings booked, and opportunities created

Stay informed on service offerings and client use cases to speak confidently with prospects
Requirements:

13 years of inside sales, business development, or lead generation experience (MSP or IT services preferred)

Proven ability to generate meetings and qualify opportunities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Self-starter mindset with resilience, organization, and a passion for tech solutions
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling or prospecting for managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, or professional services

Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ConnectWise Sell

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
