Job Title: Tier 3 Project Engineer Managed Services Provider (MSP)
We are seeking a high-performing Tier 3 Project Engineer to join our elite IT Project Delivery team. This senior-level role is critical to leading complex project implementations, solving high-level technical challenges, and mentoring project engineers to achieve peak performance.

What You'll Do

Lead Project Execution Own projects from kickoff to close, delivering solutions that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.

Serve as Top-Tier Escalation Act as the final escalation point for project-related technical issues and solve the toughest challenges.

Mentor for Growth Coach and develop junior project engineers to strengthen overall team capability.

Drive Team Collaboration Work closely with the Project Coordinator to ensure projects are scoped, resourced, and delivered with precision.

Document with Discipline Create clear, detailed technical documentation in IT Glue to ensure consistency and repeatability.

Champion Process Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery, quality, and efficiency.
What Sets You Apart

5+ years of hands-on IT project implementation experience in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Hyper-V, VMware, and modern networking technologies.

Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and performance goals.

Experience with PSA and RMM tools such as Autotask, Kaseya VSA, and documentation systems like IT Glue.

Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills with a natural ability to mentor others.

Professional certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, etc.) are a plus.
