About the Role

Our MSP client is seeking a highly organized, client-focused Project Manager to own the coordination and execution of a high volume of active initiatives across their client base. This role plays a critical part in ensuring work stays on track, stakeholders remain aligned, and outcomes are delivered efficiently and consistently.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and follow-through. While technical expertise is not required, success in this role depends on strong ownership, persistence, and the ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously.

This is a growth-oriented opportunity with clear paths for internal advancement.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Own end-to-end coordination of 40–90+ concurrent client initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables remain on track

  • Act as the primary communication bridge between internal teams, vendors, and clients

  • Drive consistent follow-up, remove blockers, and maintain accountability across all parties

  • Track scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks while proactively addressing issues

  • Provide clear status updates, documentation, and reporting to leadership and clients

  • Facilitate kickoff calls, progress check-ins, and post-delivery reviews

  • Set and reinforce expectations throughout the lifecycle of each initiative

  • Support ongoing improvements to internal delivery processes and workflows

What Were Looking For
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — clarity and confidence are critical

  • High level of tenacity and follow-through; you ensure things get done

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to manage pressure and competing priorities effectively

  • Experience in a Managed   Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly preferred, but not required

  • Comfortable working alongside technical teams without needing to be hands-on

  • Professional, client-facing demeanor with the ability to build trust quickly

Work Environment & Schedule
  • Onsite initially to support onboarding and team integration

  • Hybrid schedule available after acclimation
