A leading enterprise organization is seeking a Scrum Master III to serve as a facilitator and Agile coach for up to two development teams. This role provides leadership in helping Agile teams adhere to Scrum principles, leverages the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology, and works cross-functionally to eliminate impediments. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide Agile teams to focus on delivering business value aligned with planned objectives.

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and reinforce the principles of Scrum and SAFe to ensure team alignment and delivery.

  • Serve as an Agile coach, helping teams and individuals maximize their use of Agile/Scrum practices.

  • Support self-organization and team autonomy, helping the team grow in maturity and capability.

  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress either directly or by coordinating with external stakeholders.

  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives, coaching, and proactive communication.

  • Foster a positive team dynamic, supporting healthy conflict resolution and team collaboration.

  • Serve as a liaison with other teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and dependency resolution.

  • Support the Product Owner with backlog management and prioritization.

  • Guide estimation, forecasting, and release planning processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 6 years of project management experience, preferably within IT or software development.

  • At least 6 years of direct experience as a Scrum Master applying Agile/Scrum principles.

  • First-level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent).

  • Proven experience with Agile frameworks beyond Scrum, including Kanban, XP, or SAFe.

  • Familiarity with Agile techniques such as TDD, BDD, CI/CD, ATDD, Pair Programming, and Agile Games.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience leading and mentoring teams through Agile transformations.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
  • Second-level Scrum Master certification (CSP, PSM II, or equivalent).

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech environments.
