Operations Manager Global Cloud Services
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day service delivery in a non-traditional MSP model. Our environment is unique:
- Distributed global team of five (5).
- Support structure includes three direct support resources, plus a third-party NOC and helpdesk.
- Client environments are serverless and networkless, operating primarily on proprietary applications within Azure.
- Tool stack includes Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, Azure, Microsoft 365, IT Glue, and ConnectWise PSA (no RMM).
- Heavy use of native Microsoft tools and select third-party products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee global service delivery across multiple regions and time zones
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear expectations, accountability, and consistent performance.
- Maintain operational excellence for client environments in a serverless, networkless architecture
- Leverage data, KPIs, and business insights to drive decision-making and process improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to align operational strategies with business objectives.
- Serve as an escalation point for operational issues, ensuring swift resolution
- Champion a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in operations leadership within IT or cloud services.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect operational execution to strategic goals.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to lead diverse, global teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and accountability skills.
- Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Manager, and related ecosystems.
- Experience with ConnectWise PSA and IT Glue preferred.
- Driven, ambitious, and capable of scaling with the organization toward executive leadership.
